Please join the PTO and Lake Marion for our annual walk-a-thon fundraiser happening on Friday, October 7th!

The day starts with an all-school walk around Lakeville North High School track (next door) and then continues with each grade level walking the track for ~30 minutes.

This is a wonderful opportunity to support Lake Marion because it allows our students to make a visible contribution to their school, build community, and have fun!

Our goal this year is to raise $25,000 (~$75 in donations per participating student).  Your generous donations will help fund school-wide enrichment materials and programs such as School & Teacher Grants, Staff Appreciation, I Love to Read program, Activity Day, and so much more!

We surpassed our goal of $25,000 on October, 5!  Way to go LME!

Incentives:

1. Goal Incentive: Mr. Domstrand will dress up like a mermaid and be dunked in the dunk tank.
2. Any Donation Incentive: Students that bring in a donation in any amount will be entered in a drawing to win “Principal for a half day”.
3. Early Bird Incentive: Students will receive a small prize for turning in their donation form by Tuesday, Oct 4.

Families are welcome and encouraged to join their students during their grade-level walk time! Everyone is invited to wear their favorite LME/Lakeville Spirit Wear for the walk-a-thon!

9:30-10:10      All School Walk (Teacher's and Students ONLY)

10:10 – 10:40  Kindergarten
10:40 – 11:20  1st Grade
11:20 – 12:00  4th Grade
12:00 – 12:40  2nd Grade
12:40 – 1:10    [scheduled break]
  1:10 – 1:50    5th Grade
  1:50 – 2:30    3rd Grade
